Everybody is feeling the pinch from fuel prices. Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions is looking at how it is affecting one of Birmingham’s biggest snack food producers. The senator took a tour of the Golden Flake Plant on Birmingham’s Southside this morning. He is trying to look at how rising fuel costs are affecting the maker of a number of popular chip snacks. The senator toured the plant to see first hand how the chips are manufactured. He talked with Golden's Flake's president and workers and tasted the chips coming off the line. He is focusing heavily on nuclear energy and tonight at six, we will hear more from him and Golden Flake.
