November 4, 2008 - General Election
November 3 - Deadline to hand deliver or postmark an Absentee Ballot
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be a Resident of Alabama
- Must be at least 18 years old on or before election day
- Never convicted of a felony or declared metally incompetent by a court
- Must vote at your designated polling place in your home county
- Must present a valid form of Identification when you vote (Acceptable forms of I.D.)
